Day 01          Arrive Bangalore
On arrival at Bangalore airport or railway station, our representative will meet you to pick you up and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will be taken for the sightseeing of Bangalore which will include a visit to Tipu Sultan’s Palace – an excellent specimen of military architecture of the 18th century as well as the Bull temple and Lalbagh Botanical Gardens.

Day 02          Drive to Mysore via Srirangapatnam(140 Kms, 3 hrs)
Today you will be driven to Mysore, the city of Sandalwood. On the way to Mysore you will also visit Srirangapatnam ) which was once a Fortress of Tipu Sultan situated on an island at Cauvery river. Continue driving to Mysore.
On arrival check into hotel. Later you will visit the Maharaja’s Palace which was built in an indo-sarcenic style of architecture and also the Chamundi Hills which is a monolith in granite of about 5 metre high.

Day 03          Excursion to Ranganithu Bird Sanctury
Today you will be taken on a full day tour of Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary which is the largest bird sanctuary of the Karnataka state. Situated on the banks of the Cauvery River the sanctuary is spread in 40 Acres only. Around 170 species of birds can be spotted in this area.

Day 04          Drive to Bandipur National Park (100 kms, 2 hrs)
After breakfast you will be driven to Bandipur National Park. Once the private hunting ground of king of Mysore is now turned in to a national park which is a part of project tiger to provide a safe habitat to the Royalbengal tiger. The park is spread on an approximate area of 875 kms and is a part of Nilgiri biosphere reserve. The main attractions of the park are Tigers, Elephants, Gaur and Beers.

Day 06          Drive to Ooty (70 kms / 2 hrs)
After breakfast you will be driven to Ooty also known as the queen of hill station in southern India. Situated in the Nilgiri hills, the place is quite popular among domestic as well as foreign tourists.

Later you will be taken on the city tour which will include Rose garden- The largest rose garden in India, Botanical gardens and Wax museum- have statues of personalities from Indian history, culture and heritage.

Day 07          Toy Train ride and Drive to Thrissur (200 kms, 5 hrs)
After breakfast you will get the opportunity to experience a short journey on the Toy train which is also a UNESCO heritage site. A steam engine pulls the cabin and passes through the nilgiri hills, providing breathtaking views of this magnificent hill stations.
Later drive to Thrissur, which is also called as the cultural capital of the state. There are many temples, churches and institutions related to art and craft. However this city is the most famous for its celebration of the festival called Thrissur pooram which is held in the month of April-May, every year

Day 08          Drive to Munnar via visiting Athirappilly falls (160 kms, 3.5 hrs)
After breakfast you will be driven to Munnar, which is another famous hill station of South India, located at a height of 1600mts. On the way to munnar you will visit of Athirappilly falls. It is around 65 kms from Thrissur. River dissecting the forest and falling from a height of approximately 80 feet, makes it one of the most scenic location of the state.

In the evening explore Munnar town which was one the summer resort for British. explore the Tea Gardens, Botanical Garden or Ooty Lake.

Day 09          Excursion of Eravikulam National Park
Today Morning you will be driven to Eravikulam National Park the home of the endangered Nilgiri Thar. Spread on an area of approximate 100 Sq kms the park is situated in Western Ghats. Main attraction of the park is Nilgiri Thar. Other than these Unglates, Golden Jackal and Jungle cats can also be spotted.

Day 10          Drive to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (90 kms, 2 hrs)
After breakfast you will be driven to Thekkady.
Upon arrival check-In to hotel. Letter in the evening you will be taken for spice plantation tour. Kerala is one of the major producers of spices in India and it’s always a good experience to visit one.

Day 11          Drive to Alleppey (140 kms, 3hrs)
Today you will be driven to Alleppey where you will board your houseboat. These traditional rice-boats “Kettuvallam” are a fascinating way to see the daily life of the local people living on small strips of the backwaters. Meals will be served on board.

Day 12          Drive from Alleppey to Cochin International Air Port (85 kms, 1.5 hrs)
This morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to back to home.
