Kanha is another famous national park in the central India famous for its landscaping and royal Bengal tigers. With a designated core area of 940 Sq km, it is one of the biggest national parks in central India. The beautiful landscaping of the park consists of sall and bamboo forests, plateaus, meadows and meandering streams. Other than the tigers, Leopard and wild dogs are the attraction of the park. It is said that it the last refuge of the rare swamp dears. The national park is the home of more than 1000 species of flowering plants which make it popular among the botanist fraternity.

The Park is divided into 4 zones in the park for the tourist visits which are Kanha Zone, Mukki Zone, Sarhi Zone and Kisli Zone. Out of these Kanha zone is considered as the premium Zone due to the better tiger sightings. At one safari tourist can visit only one zone. Both shared and private safari option, is available at the Park.
