Spread on an area of 258 Sq km, which is largely covered by the dry deciduous forest. Approximately 38 species of mammals, 36 species of reptiles are found here. Lions are the main attraction of the park and are more than 400 Lions in the park. Hence the lion sighting is also good here. Other than these Leopards, Sloth bears, spotted hyenas and golden Jackals can also be spotted.

It’s a good place for bird watchers as more than 300 species of birds are found here, out of which some are counted in endangered species.
